On May 1, 2024, the Bühler AG plant in Saxony was taken over as part of an asset deal and now operates under the name DAMB – Döbelner Anlagen- und Maschinenbau GmbH. The 32-year-old company employs around 100 people. The Advisory Board is chaired by the former Prime Minister of the Free State of Saxony, Stanislaw Tillich, while former Porsche manager Prof. Siegfried Bülow is a full member.
Olaf Zachert Management GmbH is the family office of Olaf Zachert and his family. The company manages its own assets, holds private investments and supports local social projects.
